Client Ownership: Clients retain full ownership of their original audio files.
Work Performed: We retain the right to display or demonstrate any non-confidential work completed for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use of our website or services.
We are not liable for technical failures beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages or third-party service disruptions.
